It's a base to start from in terms of maturity, as there are issues when you get some younger people in a clan when they're not specifically within slapping distance.
Well thats the best answer one can get on the question... Anyway there used to be Young gung but I suppose they got booted for the reason stated by 999... ooooh good old times... even I got to wear them bba tags
