Sorry Simtech not sure what you mean by triple post ?
But if your asking about quote on the project
With everything you see spa+all furniture it came in around $37500 all up
Son would only take $5000 for his help and electrician was around $1500 friend of son guy worked for $150 a day helped a lot with building as well

Good to see her back online.
She was in the middle of that massive earthquake in Chile.
One of our daily players on the ETQW server.
So a bunch of us were worried about her.
