You can't do it exactly like that, but you could bind a key to do it for you.
For example, here is what you would do to bind a key for that purpose:
You don't need the "" or the // or the port number.
To do this correctly, all you have to do is write in your config file: bind key connect bba1.badassservers.net
Where key is any key that you want to use that isn't already in use.
For server 2, just replace the 1 with a 2.
So for an actual bind, here is one: bind F8 connect bba1.badassservers.net
See, in your words, a console alias would just be another exec/config file, but you have to always type "/exec filename" every time you want execute the command.
Another thing you can do is create an exec/config file to just have:
connect bba1.badassservers.net (name that bba1)
connect bba2.badassservers.net (name that bba2)
If you do this, you will have to type in the console "/exec bba1" or "/exec bba2"
Both methods will work, but the binding of a key is much easier and less typing. If you use many of your keys already, use the F keys as many of them are free. _________________ Efforts and courage are not enough without purpose and direction. - J.F.K.

lol that's a good way of doing it
i just open a notepad with /connect BBA1.BadAssServers.net and /connect BBA2.BadAssServers.net - along with a few other notes about ET that i haven't created a bind for - otherwise i forget what i've done a bind for, or else press one when i wasn't meant to i.e 'even teams please' when they're already even and look like an idiot .....
any way is good as long as you join the BBA servers and have fun fragging
Basically F5 loads a bank of new function bindings (in myservers.cfg), each connecting to a different server. After connecting, the original bindings of the function keys are reloaded from functions.cfg. The same setup could be used for any "bank" of bindings you'd want to use.
